EXIHIBITOR INFORMATION2025 Texas ASLA Conference April 23-25, 2025 The Texas ASLA Executive Committee and Conference Planning Committee thank you for your interest in the 2025 Conference. After 20 years the Texas ASLA Conference is back in Houston, Texas at the George R. Brown Convention Center. The 2025 Conference Theme is "Mosaic". The iconic blue mosaic tiles have been part of Houston's history since the start of the 20th century. Houston has long been a diverse mix of cultures, stories, and nature environments. The theme is intended to encourage conversations of notable Houston projects, historic sites, and experiences, both old and new, as well as discussions to piece together the mosaic of ideas and inspirations that will define the next chapter in our profession's evolution. Wednesday, April 23, 2025 Move In - 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Thursday, April 24, 2025 Exhibit Hall Hours - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Friday, April 25, 2025 Exhibit Hall Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Move Out - 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm (Do not pack up prior to the closing of the Exhibit Hall. Session are being held in the exhibit hall at that time and we ask that you respect the attendees and speakers while they are in session) Marriott Marques - booking link Hampton Inn - booking link Texas ASLA has a policy that prohibits the practice of "suit-casing." Suit-casing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby. This means a representative of a company that would typically be eligible to have a booth or be a sponsor, is registered for the conference as an attendee.
In the event, it is reported that you have successfully registered as attendee and networking with attendees and exhibitors, will be asked to leave and pay a penalty which is $1000.
We appreciate your respecting our policy and would like to have you as a conference exhibitor next year. If you need to request a refund prior to the conference, we will be happy to assist you with that.
