West Texas Section Chair: Toby Rowin While growing up around a design build firm, Toby Rowin learned a lot about landscape architecture. So much in fact, that he decided to pursue it as a career and graduated from Texas Tech University with his BLA in 2001. Since then Toby has worked at his family’s own Tom’s Tree Place. He earned his license in 2005 and is proud to call himself a Landscape Architect. Toby enjoys designing apartment complexes, residences and elementary schools. He also loves spending time with is wife and two small sons. |
