DFW Section Chair: Richard Ritz richard.ritz@dallascityhall.com Richard is a Senior Landscape Architect and Project Manager with the City of Dallas – Park and Recreation Department, Planning Design and Construction Division. Richard primarily oversees the implementation of many Capital Bond projects, including Trinity-Strand Trail, Northbark Dog Park and the new Main Street Garden in Downtown Dallas. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture, and is a native of the 1000 Islands Region of Upstate New York. He has lived in Texas since 1971. Richard has over 32 years experience as a Landscape Architect, working in both the private and public sectors designing projects ranging from small residential gardens to large-scale master plans. Richard’s goal as DFW Section Chair is to increase the visibility of DFW Landscape Architects and foster satisfying professional relationships and collaborations with other design professionals, including Architects and Engineers. |

Her professional experience includes parks and trails designs, master planned communities and commercial developments. Amanda’s goals as DFW Treasurer are to promote membership within the section and maintain a balanced budget. |
